No sign of any refund or exchange after 7 weeks. multiple emails, chat sessions, etc. result in "I'll check on that and get back to you." - - Good place to shop, unless you need to return something that doesn't work. Won't shop there again."

"This has been the worst internet ordering experience I have ever had. I placed an order on 10/9 for an item that was advertised as "usually ships the next day". I did not get a shipping confirmation until 10/14 with an incorrect tracking number. It is now 10/27 and still no package. I have made several calls. In the first call, they said the package was sent directly from the manufacturer and they did not have the tracking information. The response to the rest of the calls has been a flippant "don't worry about it, it'll be there". Well it's not here yet, and now I'm not worried, I'll just pass it on to PayPal and see what they can do. "
