"Had to hound them to get an RMA number to return items that would not work - then it took more than 19 days to get a credit back on my credit card for the returned items. Very poor customer service."

Response from TTI-Plus: "It did not take 19 days for refund. Took 4 days for you to get product back, then we had to check product and finally it takes 3- 5 days for your credit to show on your credit card."   Date: Sep 28, 2008
