"OMG...I have NEVER before gotten such amazing service!!! Only 1 hour after sending my online order, my package was shipped!!! I ordered a fiberoptic Christmas tree and it is sooo beautiful! The packaging was very secure so my tree was received in excellent condition and I'm enjoying it so much. I ordered it on 12/4 and received it on 12/9 and have been enjoying it all weekend!!! I would recommend this vendor to everyone!!!!!"

"unhappy with purchase when recieved. Not at all as advertised. Don't feel I should pay restocking for such an inadequate product. I live in a small rural town, so I do most of my shopping online and it has been years since I have had a comloaint of this kind. As a constructive suggestion I think the tree should be advertised," including tip and base'. tHIS WOULD ABSOLVE YOU OF MISLEADING ANYONE WHO BUYS IT. iT WOULD PLAINLY DESCRIBE THE TREE."

"Although my account was charged on January 16, the merchandise didn't arrive until January 27. Overall, I am very happy with my light fixture and it actually exceeds my expectations in quality and appearance. My only complaint is that there is no paperwork with my light. I would expect usage instructions, possible warranty information, etc. "

"The item that I received was not made correctly. I tried all evening to put it together myself. I finally had to ask for help from the person that was getting it for Christmas. He could not put it together, The holes for the screws were not lined up. This was very disapointing to me."
