"I am VERY upset with TSC Toys. I ordered a chess set from them on November 28th. A couple days later, they sent me an email asking for a physical address to ship to. This to me was fine, but why didn't they ask for one at check out? Two weeks later, I still hadn't received an email saying my chess pieces had been shipped. So what do I do? I email customer service, who promise to give a prompt reply in 1-6 hours. (Or 1-5 hours. It depends on where you look.) Did I receive that reply? No, I didn't. So I send another email. No reply. Another email. No reply. ANOTHER email. No reply. I tried calling and kept getting a messaging system, even though I was calling during their business hours. I finally got in touch with someone and the said that they see where it has been ordered, and it may be a problem with Shipper. So I waited patiently. Luckily a few days later I get my shipping email, and a phone call (at 7:30 at night. What happened to being 8-4?) saying that my order had been shipped, they were sorry for the inconvenience, and I will be receiving an additional off because of my troubles. (The off is the only thing from keeping me from giving them a "poor" rating instead of the "below average.")I finally got my package on December 16th. So unless you want your item almost three weeks after the fact, I wouldn't order from them."

We understand that some orders may be filtered out by email server. But the order was delayed due to the address verification. We had to further check the address to ensure proper delivery. "I selected this company because it appeared to have no shipping charges included in the final total. However, after I purchase the item, they added an outrageous shipping charge. When I tried to contact customer service during normal business hours just minutes after the purchase, I was told to either call back during normal business hours or leave a message. Attempts to reach the company have been futile and I am stuck buying from a company that is deceptive and non-responsive."

"I placed an order on September 26th that was time sensitive for my daughter's birthday. I stated that in the special instructions (which I'm convinced no one reads). The website promised processing in 1-3 days. Of course we hope for average performance and get it processed in 2 days. On the 3rd day, I didn't hear back from them, so I call. They assured me that my order would be processed on the 4th day. I expressed my frustration, so a supervisor came on the phone and told me my item had been shipped the day before and that I would recieve it on October 4th. I was also told that the status update system they use was malfunctioning and that it would be updated that night, so I checked this morning and still no update. I called back and spoke to a CSR and was told that my item had not been shipped, like the supervisor claimed the day before. I was told that it would be shipped on October 3rd with expidited shipping and arrive to me on October 6th. I'm not confident it will arrive. "

"TSC TOYS lısted a black scooter on the websıte as beıng ın stock. After placıng the order I received a phone call statıng that the black scooter wold not be avaılable for 2 months sınce ıt was out of stock. I then had to order the blue scooter. It took 10 days to receive the scooter when the websıte said that it would only take 4. Upon receipt the scooter assembly directıons are very poor. The upright bar was bent and had to be fıxed before ıt could be assembled. "

"I was very disappointed with the service. Website stated 1-3 days for order processing. It was actually 2weeks. Customer Service was very poor - very hard to get a status update on order. When the product arrived it was missing parts and I had to contact the manufacturer."

"The company misplaced my order and would not return my phone calls when I had left messages to inquire about my order. It was supposed to be processed between 1 and 3 days. Two weeks later it was shipped, but only after numerious emails,and phone calls. They never offered to compensate any expenses or shipping although because of their mistake my grandson's present didn't arrive in time for his birthday. And of course my credit card had already been charged so I couldn't cancel the order without a huge hassel NOT impressed with their lack of customer service"
