"Great experience. Dealing with the TVCITY staff is an example of what internet transactions should be like. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable folks (Lynn) provided technical insights into various products which allowed me to make an informed decision. No pressure...simply great service. I placed the order late Monday afternoon and was watching my TV Thursday by 1015AM!! Unbelievable! TVCITY also provided detailed shipping info and I was able to accurately and reliably track the progress of the package from "their loading dock to my front door". The shipping companies selected by TVCITY (MYLANDAIR and PITT-OHIO) provided excellent service - no dents or dings, no muss, no fuss. I would highly recommend TVCITY to any prospective buyer."

"Got TV in February. It is AMAZING. others with hd TVs want ours. Sony 52" Bravia BR4. Fabulous. Like being at the movies or the ballgame! Excellent service. NO complaints."

"The TV arrived with no external damage, but had an issue wuth the picture- TVCity located a local Sharp repair facility. They found it was just a loose ribbon cable.
The receiver did arrive with a dent in the housing, but it has no impact on performance.
They were always available when I tried to contact them and did track my items for me."

"TV City's comment to a problem I had was "NO PROBLEMS, ONLY SOLUTIONS". They resolved my problem immediately. I would recommend these guys and would buy from them again. Oh, the problem was the extended warranty I purchased did not arrive with the equipment. I emailed them a note and got it within a week. "

"I didn't like the idea of making a major purchase online but the price at TVCITY was too good to pass up. After looking at the Sony 52" HDLCD XBR4 for almost a year I decided it was time to go for it. I order the Sony 52" and received a notice of delivery within three days which was a complete surprise since I wasn't expecting it so soon. The only part of the experience was the shipping charge. I didn't expect it to be 200 dollars but after seeing the size and weight of the box I was OK with it. It arrived in excellent condition. Overall, TVCITY is as good or better than the other favorable reviews. With this type service I would gladly order from TVCITY again."

"I was somewhat leery about making a big purchase off the internet instead of going to a big retail store, but after dealing with TVCITY, all doubts are gone. I will not hesitate to make any other purchases from this company. When I called, the customer service was above average and without delay. All my needs were met and I can honestly say that the tv I purchased exceeded my expectations."

Yamaha YSP 4000 - Not as advertised and reviewed. Even when set up to Yamaha's tediously exacting specs, sound does not remotely resemble surround but instead is only equal to decent, far from exceptional stereo."

""Service seems to be their middle name. I called to see if they even picked up the phone, they did. I asked about the Sony TV I was interested in. all their answers were correct to spec so I placed my order on the phone with George. After ordering my Sony HDTV, from George on a weekend, to my surprise it showed up just when they said it would. I removed it from the shipping container with the help of their shipper. I then looked it over using there shipping instructions, I found everything was just fine with my order. I then called and spoke with George my sales rep in customer service. I wanted to thank him and his company for the fine job they did, after all this was a large purchase. He was so happy that the TV got to me in perfect condition and to my satisfaction.
Not only are their prices great, the service is out of this world. I have experienced first hand, what service should be "GREAT". George, your professionalism and follow up was amazing. A week later I was called by George to see how everything was with my purchase and if there was anything else that he could do for me and to just give him a call.
Looking forward to future business with your firm and I will highly recommend TVcity to my friends and family..Thank You George, for a job well done!!!!!"

"I got ripped off for $50 after I found out the web page was misleading and canceled the order. This order was for only $120 I was even charged for shipping charges that never happened,,,,SEARCH AGAIN OR GET RIPPED!!!!!"

"I bought a Samsung LN-t4065 tv.I was very pleased with the service. Order it on Monday got it on Thursday ground service down to Tex. Fast service. Very good price too. Nice people to work with. I would buy from them again."
