"I had a fantastic experience with these guys! I ordered a Panasonic TC-P55VT30 TV, a Panasonic DMP-BDT350 Blu-Ray player, and some cables on a Sunday. There was a small issue with the credit card company that TVCITY called me about before the credit card company even called, and they prepared me for the exact steps I needed Visa to do that would solve the problem in the fastest possible way. They were exactly right, and the out-of-state approval went right through. The TV arrived the following Friday (was in town Thursday) and came off the truck completely unscathed. Not even a scratch on the box. And even though I'd said that everything but the TV should be shipped to my office, they cleverly shipped the cables directly to my house, too. Their service was exemplary all around. I had already referred someone else who got a 55" TV a few months ago, and I will definitely do so again. These guys are awesome!" "

"I picked these company because they were the only company that you get a live person right away. I purchased a Sharp 80 inch TV. They promised it to me before Thankgiving and I recieved today. Amazing TV and great company!. I compared the bottom line price with every other company and TVCITy came out the lowest."

"The old rule of thumb in this country used to be....'The customer is King.'Tvcity.tv lives, breathes, and practices that old aphorism. If you are concerned not only about the price of a product, but how you are treated before, during, and after the sale, this is the site to buy your large screen tv's. All of the customer service representatives exhibit that all to rare sense of decency, courteousy,and a respect for the customer that is sorely lacking and mostly absent from a great deal of todays sales transactions; whether they be online, over the telephone, or in a brick and mortar store. Yes, I got my Sharp lcd tv at a great price but I also received a degree of interest in and for my questions andconcerns that seem to be all to lacking in todays business climate. I highly recommend TvCityTV and its staff to any buyer who wants to be treated with respect and concern.When the CSR's at TVcity say they will do something it is done.Their word is their bond. One can't put a price on that. Five stars for TVCityTV and especially for THE REST OF THE GUYS AND GALS AT TVcityTV."

"TV City is an exceptional online site to purchase TV equipment. I just received a 50inch and a 63 inch Samsung Plasma TV from them and not only did they arrive exactly on time but two CSR emailed and were both available to talk to when I called. Other companies might be slightly less but I did not have to deal with extra charges being added to my purchase, long delays to receive the product, or them trying to sell me some other item I needed to buy in order to get the advertised price. Best online company I have ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself. "

"I just bought my first product from TVCity.tv. I located them through a Nextag search. They were not the very lowest in price, but I was very impressed with their customer feedback rating. When I spend a few thousand dollars on a product, customer service becomes very important, and TVCity's price was close to the lowest. That said, I placed the order on line and was pleased that soon after I received a confirmation email. A few days later, I received another email with tracking info, and 3 days later the package was delivered. My new DENON reciever was in perfect condition. I had a few minor questions, so I called Frank at TVCity and I am very happy to report that he was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Thank you Nextag, for letting me know about this vendor - great price, fast delivery, professional service. I will definitely recommend TVCity.tv to my friends, and I will definitely be back for future purchases."

"Outstanding!!!, I was a little hesitant to order a TV online... never did this before,, but looked at TVCITY price and reviews and liked what I saw. I decided to order from them. I preordered the new Samsung PN63C7000, and contacted TVcity differant times, probably being a pest, because I was not used to ordering like this and wondering if I made a mistake. they were all very nice and answered my questions. They gave me additional advice and tips for my new TV and were very helpful. When my TV was released from Samsung they sent me a email and tracking number. The TV arrived ahead of schedule, within the time frame I was told. The TV delivery person helped me set up and did not leave there until I made sure everything was ok... The TV was perfect and is Awesome!! I would surely do business with TVCITY again.. Excellent service !!"

"I was a bit hesitant at first about buying a very expensive item at such a great deal. I purchased a pioneer vsx-23txh receiver. TVcity.tv was the best the internet had to offer. I order on-line quite a bit as I am not proned to pay store prices. Best buy had this receiver for just under a thousand including tax. Tvcity.tv delivered my item FAST!!! I had it within 3 days of it being shipped. Ordered on Friday received on Wed. I saved over $400. Customer service was all about me and friendly. My business was important to them, and I was treated like family. I would highly recommend TVcity.tv to anyone looking for the best deal possible on electronics, with fast friendly service and gauranteed satisfaction. this site is my future destination for electronics. "Great experience. Dealing with the TVCITY staff is an example of what internet transactions should be like. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable folks (Lynn) provided technical insights into various products which allowed me to make an informed decision. No pressure...simply great service. I placed the order late Monday afternoon and was watching my TV Thursday by 1015AM!! Unbelievable! TVCITY also provided detailed shipping info and I was able to accurately and reliably track the progress of the package from "their loading dock to my front door". The shipping companies selected by TVCITY (MYLANDAIR and PITT-OHIO) provided excellent service - no dents or dings, no muss, no fuss. I would highly recommend TVCITY to any prospective buyer."

"The TV arrived with no external damage, but had an issue wuth the picture- TVCity located a local Sharp repair facility. They found it was just a loose ribbon cable. The receiver did arrive with a dent in the housing, but it has no impact on performance. They were always available when I tried to contact them and did track my items for me."

"TV City's comment to a problem I had was "NO PROBLEMS, ONLY SOLUTIONS". They resolved my problem immediately. I would recommend these guys and would buy from them again. Oh, the problem was the extended warranty I purchased did not arrive with the equipment. I emailed them a note and got it within a week. "

"I didn't like the idea of making a major purchase online but the price at TVCITY was too good to pass up. After looking at the Sony 52" HDLCD XBR4 for almost a year I decided it was time to go for it. I order the Sony 52" and received a notice of delivery within three days which was a complete surprise since I wasn't expecting it so soon. The only part of the experience was the shipping charge. I didn't expect it to be 200 dollars but after seeing the size and weight of the box I was OK with it. It arrived in excellent condition. Overall, TVCITY is as good or better than the other favorable reviews. With this type service I would gladly order from TVCITY again."
