"Made my first order from TechforLess on Black Friday weekend for a refurbed 160gb PS3 slim for a sweet price and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Not only did my box arrive swiftly, but the packaging was amazing. It was neatly packaged in this type of bagged Styrofoam that molded to the shape of the contents, making the items very well protected. In fact, I've never seen anything like it before. I tested the PS3 along with the controller and everything worked fine. What a great experience!"

"I brought 4 heaters from TechForLess. They were on sale as the package was already opened and I got them for an awesome price. 2 of the heaters came perfect. 2 came without the hardware to install the heater on the stands. I called and they shipped out 2 new heaters right away. The lady on the phone was very pleasent. I didn't have one problem getting my problem solved and have since brought other items from them that I have been very happy with. "

"Post-sales suppport is difficult at best to contact. Time lag between contacts hours not minutes. Then, the item "couldn't be found in the warehouse". No offer of other similar product. They did provide a refund."
