"This is my first time on this site. I found this site thru google and found the camera I was looking for much less than I purchased the same one for somewhere else. It was quick to find and they have a large assortment of items and they also compare your savings to what you may pay elsewhere which is very informative. I am waiting to see the product before I can really say how I feel but so far I'll be coming back to this site for other future purchases. Thanks "

"Excellent customer service. Inadvertently forgot that my home computer was a Dell Dimension 8300 rather than 8400, which I have at work. I ordered online from work a new PCIe video card based on the 8400 motherboard specs, while the 8300 was AGP. Sales staff noticed the incompatability and called me back immediately, cancelled the original order and sent me a link to an AGP card with the same specs. Can't beat that for customer service."

""I ordered a USB keyboard and USB mouse. What I got was a PS2 keyboard and no mouse. I tried to call customer service and only got voice mail. I called back and got Eric in sales; he was rude but told me he would send me the product I was expecting at no charge. When I checked the email much later that night it showed that I was to get another PS2 keyboard but this time with a USB mouse. As stated, I can't use a PS2 keyboard and the 2nd order was supposed to be at no charge. I never did hear back from customer service, I think that they don't have one as you can get a sales rep to pick up the phone every time. STAY AWAY!""

"This company has no company service. If you need help with your product or need a return you will be unable to contact anyone. If you want to stay a way from a hassel, I would reccomend spending a little more and avoiding this company."
