""I ordered a USB keyboard and USB mouse. What I got was a PS2 keyboard and no mouse. I tried to call customer service and only got voice mail. I called back and got Eric in sales; he was rude but told me he would send me the product I was expecting at no charge. When I checked the email much later that night it showed that I was to get another PS2 keyboard but this time with a USB mouse. As stated, I can't use a PS2 keyboard and the 2nd order was supposed to be at no charge. I never did hear back from customer service, I think that they don't have one as you can get a sales rep to pick up the phone every time. STAY AWAY!""

"This company has no company service. If you need help with your product or need a return you will be unable to contact anyone. If you want to stay a way from a hassel, I would reccomend spending a little more and avoiding this company."

"I ordered Guitar Hero III from TechForLess. The price was low, the shipping was easy to track, and the product was shipped in a timely fashion. However, when the package arrived in awful condition. The box was torn and dented, and the stickers that usually come with the game were all stuck onto the guitar controller. There was a stray plastic wrapper inside the box, as well. All the necessary parts for the game to work were included, but seeing as how I had bought the game as a gift, I was very disappointed in the state of the packing."

"Buyer BEWARE!!!! This merchant charges shipping both ways and a 20% restock fee if product is NOT defective. But they state 100% satisfaction if returned in 30 days. No policy stated if you need to return product because it doesn't meet your needs. Be very very careful on what you buy!!"

"These guys have screwed up two orders I depended on. They keep saying they are checking on it and will call back. They are missing and cant find four items I have ordered now. But they do bill you right away"

"The item advertised on techforless.com and the item I ordered was a Monster iCarPlay Wireless Plus. The item I received was a Monster iCarPlay Wireless 200. After three emails alerting techforless.com that they had sent me the wrong item, I finally received an apology that the ones they had were not "Monster" and an offer for a refund. It took several more emails before I received a link to a UPS shipping label that actually worked. Searching for the Monster iCarPlay Wireless 200 will yield no results on techforless.com, but if you search for the iCarPlay Wireless Plus, they will offer it to you, even though they finally admitted to me that they do not have that item in stock."

"Ordered a 6GB MP3 player that was advertised as factory sealed on the website and the invoice. The ordering process and information exchange was great. I was able to track the package easily. Unfortunately, I received a wireless mouse - not exactly what I ordered. No stock to replace and I was told that the unit marked for shipment was damaged or a re-furb. Customer service was friendly and did what they could, but I won't be back. Settled for a refund that is supposed to show up in 3 days."

"Received a computer with a damaged screen, did a return on it and received one with yet ANOTHER damaged screen. A few months later the motherboard went out and I shipped it to them for it to be "repaired." When I received my 'fixed' computer back the CD-ROM drive no longer worked and the audio knob on the side was pushed INTO the computer and it makes a strange noise and locks up every couple hours."

"I bought a laptop from Tech 4 Less, i didn't receive it due to some excuses about address verification with my bank where my bank clearly have already done so. They have been no help, they do not wish to solve this. They have been nothing but Liars, cheats and con artists. These past reviews seem excellent thats because these customers are americans. Beware if you are not from the United States because they will act the same to you, you first receive an order confirmation and then moments later a problem with your order which is mainly excuses. My bank have given me transaction details and more details of the bank showing verification to the company and yet they still make the same excuse"Your bank refuses to give information" "

"I ordered a RCA business phone from them a week. Received it today and I open the box and.. 1. There is no retail box 2. No manual 3. Some accessories are missing 4. The phone looks like it went through a war. scratches everywhere and the craziest part it is the area where you can write contacts for quick dial already has peoples name written on them. I can't believe a real store would send an item like this out. I am going to trash this piece of crap and go buy it locally. I would contest this order but I will just write it off as a loss and move on. Horrible..."

"Ordering went fine and recieved shipment as expected.Never did recieve sales invoice and shipment tracking information via email. toll-free No. helped to solve that. Monitor nice except there were dead pixels. was told there could have been up to 8 or 5 together before warranty would fix. Wish I had bought new now . "

"I am totally dissatisfied with Tech for less. I placed an order with next day delivery. The order was cancelled as suspected fraudulent activity. While I am glad that suspected fraudulent activity was recognized.....I was not notified as such. My phone number was clearly stated on the order and I was not notified of their suspicion. Meanwhile I waited for the order, and had it been a case of fraud I could have been the victim of further abuse. Nice try but TechForLess did a HalfAss job as they protected their end of the transaction and not the customers end. I will never order from them again and if you want to safeguard against fraudulent use of your credit card I reccomend you go somewhere else."
