"Tech for Less shows as a trusted seller here at NexTag. I found a monitor I had been looking for that was "Refurbished." I called to find out what "Refurbished" meant compared to "Factory-Refurbished" and a rep looked up the actual unit, said it had been tested good and was missing an audio cable, and that it still had the factory warranty. I received the monitor DOA (backlight was not working) and ended up calling the manufacturer. Manufacturer shipped a factory refurbished unit out immediately for replacement under warranty. Tech for Less product looked brand new, but did not function. Rep contacted me the next day to follow up on an e-mail I had sent. Service was pretty good but product was not."
