The price was excellent (the best compared to the other prices shown in epinions), and the shipping cost (via UPS) was very good -my package arrived one day before expected-. "I ordered a much-wanted, much-needed digital camera. Every time I'd go to their website to check on the status, it would say "pending," which I found pretty darn confusing, since their turnaround time's supposed to so great. Finally, I get an email that says they're out of stock on that particular camera -- why didn't their website state that, or even prevent me from TRYING to place an order??!? Then, I receive an email asking me if I'd like to wait until the very first week of January 2008. I write back and say that, as disappointed as I am (since they didn't notify me about being out of stock immediately), I need the camera desperately, so YES, I want it. A few days later, I get an email saying my order has been CANCELLED. ?!?!? Ever since then, I have sent many emails. I have made phone calls (all of those unsuccessful, since no one answers their phones there). I even sent one snail-mailed letter. I've kept all the correspondence, including the few times I got back replies that made absolutely NO sense whatsoever, and have suggested to TechToysForLess that I'll be contacting their Better Business Bureau. They apparently don't care -- or are completely uneduated -- because I then got an email reply (to my post with all my documentation attached) that succinctly said: "Please resend your inquiry. Thanks, Chloe." Chloe is apparently the ONLY employee, since ANY emails (back when I was asking questions about this camera PRIOR to ordering it) are sent from her, and none of her emails, to date, has made a bit of sense, sad to say. Thus, I would warn any potential buyers: Read all the negative reviews on the various online review sites, and go with your gut feeling. Is it all worth the aggravation, the frustration, and the annoyance? Is it worth going through weeks and weeks of one-way "conversations?" Be wary of TechToysFor Less. "

"I purchased a Casio EXILIM EX-Z1050 10.1MP Digital Camera on 11/30. About 3 days later I received a call that it was out of stock & would I like to upgrade to the Z1080 for a small additional amount.I agreed. Site says it was shipped but I still haven't received it. When I call, nobody answers and their voicemail is full. When I email, I receive no response. They have my money and I have no camera. It would be nice if they would empty their voicemail box and answer their phones so things could be resolved. All I want is my camera or my money back. I can't buy a Christmas gift for my daughter because of this."
