"I completed my order & sent this am, but never rec'd confirmation. So I phoned this am, leaving my name/number for a call-back, but didn't receive one. Assuming my order didn't go thru, I re-placed an order....hopefully it went thru. I'm now on hold on your phone, trying ot get someone to confirm that I didn't get charged 2 times for this order."

"The product quality seems excellent, superior to other covers, but be aware that the covers have a large vent in back. I ordered chair covers that fit my chairs perfectly ... except the vent was positioned right at the top of the seat cushion, allowing rainwater to flow directly onto the cushion. Without the vent these would have been the perfect covers.
I had to return the covers I ordered and then order the next size up, which is larger than I wanted, so that the vent would hang under the seat level.
The company seems very stubborn about the added value of the vent, but personally I cannot see it. A solution looking for a problem -- while creating an additional problem, sez I.
The website is well laid out and is easy to use, but did not seem any better than most sites these days. "

"I want to give them an EXCELLENT, but I have to hold off until they tell me whether or not they will ship by U.S. Postal Service. Since I am overseas in the military, I can't receive UPS shipments. If they won't deliver by USPS, their ranking will drop considerably."
