"I went to my local harley shop and was not able to find these boots in stock you are the only one I can get them from I look forward to getting them and more like them, thanks I know I will be recommending you to others, especially after they see the boots! You have a huge sellection and all sizes. FREE shipping thats a definate plus (unless its built into the price)"

"Compared to other on-line shoe-buying retailers, Shoe Shack is lacking in the streamlining in and efficiency of the ordering, shipping, and tracking process and could use some improvement in customer service. The free shipping is too slow and it's a problem that you don't offer free return shipping. This is key for the success of any on-line shoe retailer. Additionally, your site allowed me to order a size that I later learned you didn't have (only because I called). The person on the phone had an irritated tone of voice when I asked approximately when my order would ship. She informed me that my order was in a stack of invoices on her desk for the day. Finally, the price for the shoes I ordered was $100 more than at all other comparable sites! The only reason I ordered from Shoe Shack is because it was the only place I could find my size. That said, I am really glad you had it! "

"I was looking for a particular shoe by Ecco. I searched Google until I found the Shoe Shack site. They had the item in my size. The site was easy to navigate. I placed the order easily. Their response to my email address was immediate. I look forward to receiving the shoes."
