"I was emailed my order number and thanked for the order. Over a week later, no order has arrived and my order number is not in their system. They have not answered any of my emails to date. A waste of time to buy from them."

"The shoe shack customer service team was excellent. I made a mistake and placed a duplicate order and was worried I would be charged twice. However, I quickly received a phone call letting me know they had caught the error and fixed the problem. Also, I found the boots I wanted to give as a gift for the best price at the shoe shack, plus free shipping! I will shop with them again in the future. "
