"the worst online experience ever, took almost 3 monthes to get my furniture(was told 4 to 5 wks). came damaged, they sent a replacement, it was worse than the original. they showed up at 11pm to deliver this(was told 3 pm)dont waste your money like i did. they also sent a drawer that was damaged,the replacement didnt fit. i am so frustrated with this place. !!!!beware!!!!"

"Ordered a bedroom suit manufactured by Vaughan called Rachel's Room. Seemed to get a good discount, was happy about made in USA and THeFurniture said the drawers were dovetailed. Arrived in good shape and in good time. However, the stuff was spray painted and didn't cover lower surfaces of the pieces. Wasn't even primed. And I don't mean the bottom of the pieces, I mean if you lower yourself you'll see bare pine. Stapled and butted drawers. 100% plastic feet. Hand smudges on peices, especially the vanity seat cushion. Poor quality. We now know we paid too much."

"I wish I had read the previous review before I placed my order. When I placed my order the Sales associate told me the order would be shipped within 3 - 5 weeks. I waited patiently. On the Sixth week I called them. They did not have the courtesy to give me any status information for my order before then. The person I spoke with said the order would be shipped next week. Well on the 7th week they email me letting me know that the order is in backorder until 6-5-07. They Blamed the issue on the Maker telling me that the Manufacturer did not let them know that the item would be in back order until "Thefurniture.com's" Delivery driver went to pick up the order. How ridiculous is that!? So now I have to wait another mont?!?! Don't let their free shipping, or "5-year" Warranty win you over. Most Warranties come from the Manufacturers, so do your research before you place the order. "

"STAY AWAY!!!!! Delivery time never kept. Showed up at 9:45pm 4 hours later. I was promised my "white glove" delivery will be finished the next day. 3 days later they came at 8pm after I was told I had to pay an extra $275 set up of the bedroom set on the second floor because this particular set is excluded from "white glove" service. I paid over $4000 for the set. Not only was the set defective at set up they damaged brand new stained hardwood floors. The next day I was told replacement parts was in the warehouse and they are waiting for a driver. It has been 2 weeks and no one can tell me when the part will arrive to my home or if they are going to repair my floor. They are still "looking into it." STAY AWAY!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."
