"The product was delivered on time and securely packed. The shipping box was marked "fragile" even though the item wasn't particularly fragile (much of their inventory is, so they probably automatically stamp everything they ship). I received more email communication than expected (including a notice after receiving the items that the order was marked fulfilled or closed)"

"I contacted this seller before purchasing 38 lightbulbs and he was incredibly helpful and explained that his company prided themselves on being the cheapest on the market (which, indeed, they are by as much as less per lightbulb). Everything arrived beautifully packed and extremely quickly and we had the electrician install them immediately. The result is fantastic and I would like to thank this supplier for his help, patience, efficiency and speed in supplying what I needed. I shall be back very shortly to purchase the additional 24 lightbulbs I need to complete the job. LEDs are definitely the way to go!"
