"i ordered an item in November, i was charged for the item but it was never shipped. after not receiving any communication i attempted 6 times to email the company and got a stock reply that 'there were delays, sorry'. A month later i received a phone call saying it would ship later that month. It has now been 4 months, i am out $400 and have had a lot of difficulty getting any answers from this company. I will NEVER shop here again or recommend to anyone. "
