"Use to use this company until they shipped an incomplete maintenance kit. Contacted customer service 3 times via email, no response for 2 weeks. They said they would send a UPS return tag. It is now over a month later and no return tag. Charge was disputed with credit card company and credit card company reversed charge. We no longer use Tonermax. I would suggest you do not use Tonermax"

"I'm very disappointed in your service! This is NOT how you run your business. We placed the order on 09/11/08. We still didn't receive our order and you guys didn't respond to my requests via email nor fax. I'm sorry to tell you this, but you have ruined your reputation. "

"I am really stuck. I ordered a 60$ cartridge four weeks ago and haven't seen anything yet. I can't get their website to work to send info for customer service and the phone number has been disconnected! Unless you have suggestions I will have to look into recooping our money from paypal and issuing a better business bureau complaint. naybug11@gmail.com"

"I tried to order Brother TN115 cartridges. They had best price and free shipping. My order wouldn't go through. Tried 3 times. They said it must be internet problem. I tried again and they had raised prices and no longer offer the best deal. Look elsewhere."

"They have the best prices I could find for my printer. The orders are processed quickly and I am very pleased with the overall service. They respond fairly quickly to emails. Overall, I am very pleased with this company and I use them exclusively for all my printer supplies."

"Ordering always makes me nervous because you have no way to contact TonerMax except by email. They resond by email and it may be 2 or 3 days. They do not send you any tracking information either so you don't know anything about the order until it shows up. I've used them 3 times and received 3 correct undamaged deliveries. Delivery can be slow. I'm afraid to think about what will happen when an order gets messed up or lost. There's nobody to call."

"I ordered 2 Konica Minolta toner cartridges. These were suppose to be genuine original parts. When received, they appeared to be used - no cover over the drum, not in original box (wrapped in bubble wrap), the tab you pull just before using was was not original. Attempted to contact the company via email and phone. Still no response after five days of sent email and the phone number has been disconnected. My credit card company is now involved. "

"Beware of this seller. Try to find a phone number anywhere on their site. This is your first clue to stay away. We ordered toner and were shipped a used damaged cartridge packed in peanuts, just loose. Hey what do they care, they are never going to meet or talk to you. Beware! "

"TonerMAX has THE WORST customer service. It took OVER 2 weeks for my order to arrive and even then it was INCOMPLETE. Two ink cartidges were not shipped. I called and emailed TonerMAX only to get brief email replies saying, "Sorry about the delay. We're working on it." After another week and a half, I FINALLY received the last part of my order. Three days later, I get an email with the tracking information for the late cartridges! Who is running this circus?! NO, I would NOT recommend this company! "

Response from TonerMAX: "Dear customer: We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had with your order. Our orders generally take from 2 to 5 business days. If after this time you have not received your order, please e-mail us, we will help you with the tracking number for your order. And we will contact you as fast as we can with the information that you need. If you receive your order incomplete, please e-mail us so we can send you the missing items of your order. Sometimes customers receive e-mails with the tracking number for orders they have just received, this a problem with our website, but technicians are working on this situation. Best regards!!!!!! "Ordered an HP 13X and promptly received it, However it was defective. It took two days for the complany to respond for a return authorization. The replacement cartridge I received had been previously opened and the box looked like someone had stepped on it. The shipping box was undamaged. I have stopped payment and will order from another company."

"Eight days ago, I placed an order that was over $75 which, according to their website, should be delivered in a more timely manner than if it were less than $75. They sent one email to confirm the purchase and then no other correspondence thereafter. Customer service is only conducted via email and other contact info is difficult to find. I was able to track down this info on their company, however: 6901 Lynn Way Pittsburgh, PA , 15208-2438 Phone: 412-920-0281 Website: www.improcorp.com I have sent them an email inquiry as to the whereabouts of my purchase and left a voice message for a sales rep at the number above today as my patience is running low. My experience with TonerMax is very disappointing so far."

"The order took forever to arrive. Follow up service was the pits. When the prodcut did arrive my printer would not recognize the toner cartridges. There is nowhere on the web page to find a telephone number for customer suppport. I will do my best to avoid using this company again as the experience has been a waste of my time."
