Good deal for the money

I used one of these in my clone for years running XP, never had a problem. Built another computer, installed W7, bought another modem just like this one and THEN found out US Robotics doesn't support this W7 with this modem...."

Fair modem
"...disconnecting roughly every 10 minutes and it was messing up the phone line even when "disconnected" from the internet. Anyways, thanks to the 30-day "no-questions asked guarantee" the second modem I received works fairly good.
Usually connects in the 26-38kbps range. For some reason I can't get the modem to mute though....." |
