Great product, for the most part
"...At first I was only getting sound from one side of car. I took out the stereo and cleaned connections with acetone.
put the stereo back in and then realized it was the cable that crutchfield sent, the one that runs from the bottom of the ipod to the converter box.
I then hooked up an RCA cable to the alternate ports on the converter and just use the ipod connection to charge the ipod.... See more

The only down is that is cost as much as a new head unit with more and better ipod controls.

It took me 15 minutes to install the unit in a 2005 Honda Civic.
The tricky part is prying up all the Honda interior pieces to get to the back of the radio.... See more
