"Terrible Customer SERVICE!! Payed EXTRA for expedited shipping "almost the cost of order" Took 7 days "so far" IN THE SAME STATE to deliver - "In stock" AVOID at all costs- called customer service and they said they would take $5 off next order - PLEASE - AVOID!"

"Instead of free shipping, as stated in the order confirmation, they called and wanted $ 30 more for shipping. I canceled my order but still my credit card was charged, even before shipping. I had the feeling that their service person was dishonest, because he told me my selection (oats) was not sold under their catalog section 'fiber supplements' (for which they would offer free shipping), this was obviously not true."

"This site has THE worst customer service of any I have dealt with (and I order a lot online). It took 10 days for them to notify me that my product was on backorder, and I had to ask when it was due to be back in stock. I opted not to wait, and I asked them to cancel the order. But I STILL haven't received a confirmation of this cancellation. And, there is no way to check for myself if the order has been cancelled. I seriously regret ever running across this website, and cannot fathom how they can post a 5-Star 'Top Service' rating. "
