"My first order with them was great... low price and I got my vitamins within three days. The second order, however... not so great. It's been three weeks and I have not received my order. Repeated emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I have resorted to disputing the charge on my credit card. :("

"My 1st order with VitaminAisle went off without a hitch, but my 2nd order has been a problem, have been unable to reach anyone at customer service either by phone or e-mail after having left my #, etc. Would rethink using them until what ever problems they are having are resolved"
