User Review: [...] New door [...] still doesn't seal tight. Better than before but not sealing tight. Why have all those energy efficient ratings when you leak cold air out of the seal that won't seal.

"...I purchased this in Sept 2009 with an additional 2 year warranty.
It worked fine with no problems until Dec 2011, We had 4 service calls in Dec before it was declared unrepairable.
Lowe's settlement dept has promised to mail me a check which is very fair .... See more
