I purchased the product as it has a slightly smaller capacity as there is only 2 of us, energy efficient and suitable for condos as it is being installed in a closet in my front entry on the second floor. The product has exceeded my expectations. Extremely quiet, very little vibration and no movement. In comparison to my previous appliances, this requires less water, very little soap, and significantly reduced drying time. Bath mats now dry in 10 minutes and the clothes come much cleaner. They are easy to operate, I did have concerns that they were low to the ground, but this hasn't been a factor. The only down-side was it cost $25 for the stacking kit and $50 for the drying rack. Overall I would highly recommend the product and found no negative aspects to the operation of the product. As I have raved about this washer/dryer so much two other people have bought the same set.
