"I placed an order for some data tapes back in April, and it's the end of May and still have not received them. I have called numerous times, emailed, as well as leave messages with a response that someone will send me the tracking info. I still have yet to receive that, either."

"Placed an order on 03/20/12. Website states that tracking numbers are issued in 24 hours. Do not have a tracking number, have called four times to check on our order status. Was told on the fourth time that someone would call me back after he checked on the problem. We still do not have our order or any way to track it. Pricing is great, customer service is non-existent."
