" I purchased 7 sets of replacement cushions for a wicker sectional and club chair. I tried to work with my local NCI dealer who was less than helpful. I then turned to the internet and found Wicker Central. They were very helpful in ensuring I was ordering the correct pieces, and when there was a delay from the manufacturer, they kept me updated with frequent updates from the manufacturer through shipment until I received my cushions. " I bought an expensive stainless steel pole umbrella, but had a problem with corrosion. Wicker Central stayed on the issue with the manufacturer, and emailed to keep me informed, and I just got a brand new frame. This is exemplary customer service!! Highly recommended. "
