"I was thrilled to find Windy City Novelties...they have so many fun choices, all very well described. I bought several different items for a large teen party. Every item was better than I expected, delivered quickly, and a HUGE hit with the teen party guests! I also felt that the selections were very reasonably priced! I will definitely buy from them again...I have not found a better or more expansive site for fun items!"
