"Ordered items for Christmas delivery. The web site said it was ordered in time for delivery by Christmas. Never received order, sent numerous e-mails, never received any response. Still do not have shipment as of 12/29!! "

"Placed order on August 8th, received incomplete order with missing items, and wine glasses were on back order, yet website and receipt said instock. No one returns emails, and received glasses on the 28th of August. Still missing part of order, they refused to ship product in time. A great example of poor customer service. Basically your at the mercy of thier schedule. "

"Only purchase items from this seller IF you are prepared to receive continuing email notices on an almost daily basis that do not stop. On my second call to Winestuff pleading for the emails to stop, I was hung up on. There are many other providers of their products, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere or beware of the incessant emails (even their "delete" from further emails doesn't work - which has been reported to the FTC)."

"Did not answer email inquiry and email complaint. Live customer service claimed to have mailed product but indeed had NOT, as verified by UPS tracking system. They charged credit card the day the order was placed and NOT when product was shipped 10 days later. I requested Three Day Select shipping but item was shipped UPS ground. Very, very dissatisfied !!"
