"difficulty in responding to survey because font was TOO small!! couldn't make our replies to survey ???s. Ordering the stuff was okay but you definetly need to work surveys or portions of ad/website were the font is TOO small. "

"I ordered 4 chairs and they are not at all what I thought they would be. The picture of the item was very misleading. They charge 30 percent restocking fee and I have to pay for return shipping. Just the restocking fee will be almost 150 dollars. So I end up paying all this money and will have nothing in return."

"Quick and easy and the product I needed. It would be helpful to identify products that other buys would get. I got the table top and I needed the paddles and the net, why not a quick link to that. Also how about a link to consumer information about buying a ping pong table, for example, how much space in a room do you need. What are the best balls, paddles to use."
