"After I ordered Adobe CS4 Design Standard, Z-Tech charged my card immediately but has not shipped the product. After a week, I still do not have it, even though I paid Priority Mail (2-4 days). They have not responded to my repeated e-mails within the 24-48 hour window they promise, and it has been a week. The "status" of my purchase on their Web site indicates "ordered," not shipped. It is against federal law to charge for merchandise before it is shipped. The next step, I suppose, is legal action. I would beware this dealer."
