"I ordered Adobe CS4 from Ztech on 10/21, and emailed them daily for questions and status of the sale. On their web site they say they would answer within 48 hours. I've received no email or phone response, and no product. No one answers their phones. But they have my money. It too very concerned this was a mistake to order from ztech"

"This is the worst on line buying experience. It has been 7 days since I was invoiced. I haven't gotten anything from Ztech. They haven't scheduled a delivery time. Yet I've gotten a buyers quality survey. They don't return phone calls. They don't answer the phone. They don't return emails. Buyers Beware!!!!"

"After I ordered Adobe CS4 Design Standard, Z-Tech charged my card immediately but has not shipped the product. After a week, I still do not have it, even though I paid Priority Mail (2-4 days). They have not responded to my repeated e-mails within the 24-48 hour window they promise, and it has been a week. The "status" of my purchase on their Web site indicates "ordered," not shipped. It is against federal law to charge for merchandise before it is shipped. The next step, I suppose, is legal action. I would beware this dealer."

"Bought Adobe CS4 Web Premium from Ztechsoftware. Received the trial version discs and an invalid Serial Number that does not unlock the trials versions. Trial contacting by phone, no one answers. Tried emailing the company, no response to my email either."

"I did have reservations because of the low price and as I was ordering from the UK. However, ZTechSoftware, addressed all my concerns pre order, promptly kept me informed on details relating to despatch of my goods, all goods received promptly and in perfect condition."

" I was skeptical at first since the prices were so low, but they came with the goods, and receive my product in three days. Order the Adobe Contribute 4 on Monday and got my package on Wednesday.
That was for regular USPS delivery of course it was sent to my PO Box address.
I differently order again when I need another software.."

"ZTech Software delivered what they advertised. I ordered Adobe CS4 Web Premium, at a very good price, and received it sooner than expected. I installed and registered the software without a problem. The only issue that I had was not receiving a tracking number for the shipment; it's something I personally desire when making a high dollar web purchase. I would recommend them."

"For anyone who is looking for great software at the best price! You must visit ZTechSoftware! This has been THE best internet shopping experience that i have encountered! From their easy to follow website to their lowest price on products to their Fast & Prompt delivery of the product I ordered; I Would Highly recommend that anyone looking for a specific product regarding art and design, etc... look no further than ZTechSoftware! I own my own advertising company and i was i need of Adobe Illustrator! ZTechSoftware had the best price and I got my product in less than 4 days! I will definitely by here again!"
