Very pleased with finding the exact product I was searching for, as well as ordering and shipping were basically hassle-free. I'm afraid I have to say that contacting customer service by phone was a bit sporadic, but if you emailed them, I always got a response within 24-48 hours. I was quite pleased with the price of Adobe CS4 Design Premium suite, but the package (DVD case) was slightly faulty. Do not expect your software to come in a fancy box -- but if the difference is just the box, why pay hundreds of dollars more? Go with ZTechsoftware.
