"I ordered some GREAT boots online and the shipping was true to their promise; they were delivered within the 4-day commitment. It's clear that my order was packed with care and return instructions were provided (not that I will need them :) Their pricing also seems to be in line with other sellers, but with a better size selection."

"I was looking for a particular shoe for my mom that she couldn't find for a gift and I found it here! They even upgraded me to expedidted shipping at no extra charge! I ordered it Friday and it was here Monday! Highly recommended!"

"The delivery of the shoes was excellent - I got them the next day at no extra charge. However, the shoes they sent were defective - the insole was not properly glued. I did not want to pay $81 for a pair of shoes that was not finished correctly. I returned them to find out that they did not have any more size 10 shoes. They tried to locate them on line for me from another vendor but to no avail. "

Response from Zappos.com: "Bummer, did you sign up to receive an e-mail notification in case we get another shipment? If you go to the product page, under the size drop down you see "Don't see your size". It will ask for an e-mail and if the Vendor sends a new shipment we will notify you." Date Nov 4, 2008
