"As a first time buyer from ZZF I was very impressed by their professionalism, speed, and courtesy. My order arrived by FedEx on time. The Asus Eee Pc 1000HE works flawlessly. I will not hesitate ordering from ZZF in the future. I found that they have the best prices too. PS: They have a great website."

"The order was purchased with 2nd day delivery. The order was sent FedEx Ground and was not received for 12 days. Customer service said that FedEx changed the shipping methods; not the truth...I checked. When customer service was called I was promised a call back that I never received. When I called a second time the customer service representative was argumentative. Customer Service¿what customer service. There are a lot of discounters on the web and the only other thing to discriminate is how people are treated. Before I spend my money here again, I have to ask myself what compelling reason would I have to do so?"

"I regularly order from ZZF and have always received excellent service with quick order processing and very good packaging. Rarely an item is backordered and shipped within a few days. Products and packaging are always fresh, e.g. processors less than 30 day old. I have never needed a RMA, so I can¿t report on this service. As long as ZZF continues to offer the best prices and lowest S&H, I will continue to buy from them."

"Item received was defective and ZZF sent me a RMA# to return it (at my expense). Then it took two weeks after they received the item to refund. BUT, they only refunded 80% of the total. They claim it is a restocking fee. So, they sell defects, wait awhile to refund less, then restock the item to sell again and make another 20% from the next poor unsuspecting slob."

"Adding a 10.00 fee to shipping to Alaska/Hawaii is like highway robbery. It costs the same to put the items in a box going to Chicago as it does going to Anchorage. Hey guess what ZipZOOMFLY, you lost a $1,000 order because of such a stupid policy...No more repeat business for you."

"I feel like I was ripped off by this company. I was supposed to receive a rebate form for $40.00 and a kit for the memory sticks that I ordered. I have contacted them twice over a two week period, however, they have not even acknowledged my complaint. Caveat emptor!"

"Extremely disorganized company. Tried to order bulk of a new build. Took two days to verify credit card. Took an extra day to confirm order. After three days, received notification that order was incomplete. Called for info-ZZf said that it might not have been incomplete, it might have actually shipped, though my order status said it didn't. I told them "might have" and "maybe complete" don't work for me. Told them to cancel order and recall whatever "might have shipped." They said they would, but they didn't. Had to call FedEx myself. Ended up with $26 (half of shipping) for my trouble. I asked if $26 was worth me and everyone I could convince to never order from them. ZipZoomfly said that was their decision. Horrible, horrible experience. Lazy management. Not worth the cheap prices. FYI: Both Newegg and ClubIT managed to deliver orders placed at the same time as the one at ZZf before ZZf could even confirm their own inventory."

"I ordered a processor from ZZF which was in stock on Feb. 19. Yesterday I checked the status of my order and it listed "Packed" as the status. Today, nine days later, I receive an email from them that states the product is out of stock and will no longer be carried by the company. How can they pack an item which isn't in stock?!? I can understand a day or two to find out an item is out of stock, but nine days? and after a status of 'Packed'? This was not my first order with ZZF. I have had good luck with them in the past, so this behavior was reprehensible. As the product was unfortunately permanently out of stock, ZZF has unfortunately permanently lost a customer."

"I order 2 monitors from them. One had dead pixels, they did send me another but it also had dead pixels. After the 2nd monitor with dead pixels customer service didn't want to help me get a monitor that worked. I will never buy from them again"

"One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordered a E8400 which was supposedly in stock at the time of my order...it wasnt. After 9 emails to their customer service with no response, an email to the BBB, and paypal resolution center I finally received my refund 2 weeks later. During those 2 weeks they continued to sell the E8400 which they didnt have in stock. I also received an email today from their so called customer service and they said that item was high in demand and that they never received any of my emails...well why was it listed as in stock on your website and ready to ship in 24 hours??? AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!"

"most items shipped and received in a timely fashion, however key item missing from invoice, note left in shipping package that said item was back ordered. no prior warning item was out of stock, was listed as in stock and that it had shipped. reported item missing from shipment and 48+ hrs later, still no reply from zipzoomfly "

"I ordered an intel 8400 cpu. order status said shipped. Received back order slip with my other products. Website still says product is in stock. Now I have to call their customer support and hope to get ahold of someone..."

"I would like to thank everyone who has written a response to their experience with ZZF. With 187 total reviews and 151 of them in the negative column, I think that speaks for itself. I think spending an extra few dollars for a product for good customer service and a product that works is well worth it. I think I will stick with tiger. Again, thanks everyone for your input. It sure makes my online shopping experience much less painful."

"BAD EXPERIENCE! I purchased an item that had a rebate, and I believe I was not sent a receipt. I emailed customer service, and they sent no response. I found directions on there website on how to get a receipt and the links they talk about don't even appear to exist. I would recommend purchasing from somewhere else that appreciates their customers."
