I just bought this washer about a week ago. So far I really like it. My only complaint would be that the wash cycle is longer than on my top load. However, my understanding is that it has to be that way so it can use less water and be more energy efficient. I would say from going into the washer and out of the dryer (start to finish) a load takes between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Total time is much better than my old set. Overall I'm very pleased.
