All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground only. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt, UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email for Quantium View, which is the UPS email system, with your respective tracking information. We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air as well as UPS Next Day Air service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate. We charge a standard $15 expedite fee to guarantee your order is shipped out with within 24 hours of order placement. You must call for this option. After the item is shipped it still takes an additonal 5 business days to arrive to destinations on the west coast. All items that are orderable are in stock. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item you ordered we will promptly notify you via e-mail or by phone to let you know of the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If this is the case you will be promptly notified by email or by phone of possible transit times. We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $100. Albee Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.
