Made from 2' x 2' tubular steel frame. the center support beam has 5 height adjustments from 82' to 106' allowing you to hang bags at various heights. The legs extend 9' in both directions from corner. Designed to hold up to a 70 lb. training bag. After a year of intense engineering we designed a complete set of sparring gear that is value-packed and quality assured.
