I bought a Jack Lallane Juicer and blew out the motor juicing carrots on the first day and after a little bit of frustration ( hard to clean, whimpy motor) I decided to buy the JE95XL. This one demolishes carrots and anything else for that matter. Besides the fact that it works awesome, cleanup is easy as well. One of the unique features I noticed that cotributed to easy clean up was the micro etched juice filter ( the screen ) in the way that it didn't allow bigger fiberous juice pulp to get stuck in the screen. If you have ever cleaned a juicer you know what a pain in the butt that is. Plus easy dissasembly. I read some reviews that reported a noisy motor but it didn't bother me any, plus if you switch it to low its real quiet like the less powerfull juicers. On high mode I think its mostly air that you hear because of the super high rpm motor. To me it sounds like its ready to get the job done and it does. My time is important to me, and the other juicer took way to much of it. Bottom line is if everyone looking for this type of juicer bought a Breville than ther would be alot less juicers collecting dust!!!
