"I e-mailed a question about a product I was looking at to purchase. I nver did receive a response. I called twice finally spoke to the operator who responded to my question. I don't think that the "contact us " part of this business is very functional."

"The purchase transaction went smoothly. I did not know what the term "new pulls" meant so I called the phone # provided and found out the answer. Might want to have the web site define this term (e.g., a link) to clairfy it to customers. I liked the fact that hard drives had a 90 day warrenty from the seller; so I could return a defective part for replacement should the need arise. It would have been a nice touch had the seller also included return shipping costs for defective products; it would have demonstraited a firmer commitment on the seller's part. Also, the $75/hour returned "inspection fee" was off-putting. I almost didn't buy from this vendor because of that. I mean, I have no control over the inspection process; its not like it is performed by an impartial third party. And it is unbounded; the vendor could claim they spent any number of 100s or 1000s of labor hours inspecting. But I figured my recourse over any dispute that might arise would be to simply not pay the inspection fee; easy cheezy! So I made the purchase. The "wrong item" restocking fee was not an issue to me because I am replacing a part with the exact same part. I look forward to getting my order, Thanks!"

"I needed an obsolete drive for an existing server. They arranged drop ship of a rebuilt, certified drive. Drive is good, service was excellent, best of all they followed up. Drive is running for a week and seems perfect."
