I've had this watch for a few months, and think it's great. I bought it new. If you search the net you can find great discounts. The only problem I've had with it, was that when it came, the second hand fell about half way between the tick marks for the seconds. That is, the second hand was not aligned with the face markings. Being an engineer, this drove me bonkers, so I contacted Citizen customer service, they were very friendly, and for the price of shiping it in, they did a hand alignment. Round trip took about ten days.

Hand alignment is my only complaint. This probably varies piece to piece, and is something you can't check when buying over the net. But the price discount of buying over the net was so good, that it was well worth the ten day hassle of being without it while it was being fixed. The case construction and band are more solid than appear in the pictures. The watchband looks like it will last a long time. It's thick and tough. But just in case, I found a place on the net that sells replacement bands for this exact model, and will probably pick one up just to have a spare for the future. It may be worthy to note that these brand replacement bands cost more than you might expect. All in all, if you're looking for this style of a watch, I think you won't go wrong with this choice.
