Love this camera. The picture quality compared to my last camera is awesome. The picture is crisp and the zoom feature is amazing. The pan and tilt function is great as well making it so I can see more area in a room. It does make a noise when moving but it's no big deal to me. The only probably I had was setting it up. I could not get the wireless feature to work at first. I spent approx an hour on the phone with D-Link and was told to simply return the camera due to software issues. However, that was not acceptable to me. I just kept trying more things. Luckily I did because it now works great. All I did was update the firmware on my router and update the software/driver for my laptop's wireless network card. One of those things did the trick. Scary to think D-Link was so quick to suggest me returning the item. I really didn't want to do that.
