" The company has a thourough policy. I ordered from Holland and used the address from my friend in New York. OMC wanted me to contact them because they had some personal questions. From my side a little bit inconvenient, cause i had to call them from Holland, and that costs a lot of money. But i had to, otherwise the items could not get shipped. When i called all got clear with me, they had some credit card frauds and because they saw that my card was registered in Holland, and the address was in NY, they wanted to speak with me about that. Well done e-OMC! "

" I got swift response from the staff when making a product enquiry via email and I felt that they were helpful and knew what they were selling. The shop has good selection and availability of products. Unfortunately this shop is in USA and not within EU. Otherwise I'd order a lot more stuff from here because of the cheap prices. After customs and taxes EU shops having sales beat the prices. Having other shipping options than USPS would be nice, but at least it is cheap. "
