"Ordered palm treo 750 carrying case. store never updated order information, never gave tracking number, never answer phone calls, never respond to emails. I sent emails to 3 different departments didnt get a response in any. Left voice message never got a response. Do not do business with this business if you like to be informed about your order information because they will not respond they will let you just hope your order makes it. Very Bad customer service. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I will report to the Better Business Bureau if i do not get my case and will demand my money back. Just a Horrible Experience. Grade F"

"I contacted the company in advance of purchasing the advertised Canon NB-2LH camcorder battery to verify it was an authentic Canon battery. Prompt e-mail response assured me that it was, so I placed my order online. What arrived is a generic substitute. Contacted company immediately requesting items be taken back and refund issued. Never received a response. False advertising/representation of product, bottom line."

"Not very happy. I ordered a Fuji camera cord...it was listed as "Fuji" and priced as "Fuji", but I received a no-name brand. It arrived WAY LATE, but they did notify me, so I'm ok with it being late. What I am not ok with is that they did NOT notify me to ask me IF I WANTED A NO-NAME product. I would have said no, because I tried another no-name brand WILLINGLY before. Neiter no-name item works with the camera. FUJI brand cords are hard to find! In conclusion, unless you really don't care if the product is as it is advertised, DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT REFUND PURCHASE PRICE FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS NOT SHIPPED AS ADVERTISED. I want to say that it is MY FAULT for not reading the return policy, but I just don't want them treating others who WANT WHAT THEY ORDERED - EXACTLY the same way. (My shipping receipt even had a hand-written note on it, "WE DON'T HAVE IT". WOW! That'll teach me, for sure! I hope this is a lesson for you that won't cost YOU $30 FYI- I would not expect them to cover any shipping charges (to me or to return to them), but I WOULD expect the actual cost of the replacement THEY CHOSE FOR ME WITHOUT MY APPROVAL to be refunded.
