"Completely unsatisfactory. Cancelled my order online (and received a confirmation that the order was cancelled), but they sent the order anyway and charged my credit card. When I called to explain, they said I had to pay a 15% restocking fee. Customer service took my phone number, but never returned my call. Two other problems: The 888 number on the website does not connect (try the 305 number instead). The "order status" is not updated, so it looks like you'll be able to track your order, but you cannot. I would not buy from this seller again. "
