"Printer advertised as refurbished, with no consumables. Came securely packaged, did contain color and black cartridges (installed) and an extra color cartridge - a very nice surprice. PSC is in excellent condition, works beautifully. Dealing with this company has been an excellent experience - they exceeded my expectations."

"I was in the market for a new Printer. I called with several questions and their customer service staff were very informative and friendly. Their prices are very competitive and I believe that they truly value building lasting relationships with customers in addition to closing a sale. The Printer arrived in perfect condition.
