This cleaner got my carpets CLEAN! Supposedly when we moved into the place we rent a professional carpet service had cleaned but whatever they used was nothing compared to this vac. Almost all stained are gone!! The carpet is bright and some texture was restored. I love this steam-vac. I totally recommend it to anyone who has trouble getting out stains in their carpets. It's awesome and very affordable!
