"I would have checked excellent but once after years of ordering with no problem. We got a bad cartridge & it cost me over $50.00 to send it back for a replacement, it was like paying for it twice. So as long as you don't need to return something; they are great. Cross your fingers."

Response from i-Market: "Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear about the experience. i-Market does offer return label to get the defective product back, if it is within 3- days from the invoice date. However, if the order is over 30 days and within one year, customer has to send to product back to us. I either situation, i-Market pay for returning freight to send the product back. The reason that you paid higher shipping fee to return the package is because you have to pay retail rate. Please check with our Service Rep to see what is the cheapest way to send it back, Our Service Rep can find the most economic way for you.
