"bait and switch, you send me a couppn to shop on your website and then at check out you tell me it doesn't appy to what i'm buying... yo shoudl at least then offer me free shipping last time i buy from yoru site!!!! & dont send me something for a discount to shop in the future, either apply it to this order or lose me as a customer"
