"They are NOT honest. Now waiting 19 days for my Iherb order to ship. Talk on the phone about week ago. They promised to ship next day. Still did not. Never-ever will order anything from them again."

"I have used iherb numerous times to ship to UK. Based on my recent experience I WOULD recommend what they have said in their shipping guidance. This page is really misleading and when you called to chase up your order all they said is that: we cannot help you if this is less than 15 working days for international order. Whereas their shipping guidance is suggesting something completely differently. Talking about transparency, there is nothing at all!!!! Be careful!!! if you find another website that sells the product and have similar prices don't use iherb!!!! Appalling customer services!!!!"

"I buy New Chapter and I only pay 17.79 at the First Alternative Coop in Corvallis. The prices at iHerb.com are ridiculous!"
