Comes with the dock insert for the iPod Nano only. If you need another size dock insert, you must contact the company and they will send you . Of course, the iPod mini insert is on eternal backorder, so if you have an iPod mini--be prepared to wait a long time (they charge your credit card instantly, however) to get that. (I've now been waiting 2 months.)
