"I have now bought from Luggage Guy 3 times. Great prices, very fast shipping and excellent products. I recently bought a carry on and one of the snaps wouldn't work. They emailed me with a return shipping label immediately and sent me a brand new one within a week. Absolutely the best customer service I've seen. I wish I needed more luggage!"

"I purchased a set of Tommy Bahama luggage from luggageguy.com. It arrived two days later, and was even better than the photos and descriptions. The same set sells at Dillards for more than twice the price I paid. Shipping was Free. I recommend this site."

"I just bought the DVF Catwalk weekend duffle for my girfriend's birthday from luggageguy.com. I am hands down THE WORST at pre-planning so of course, 3days before i needed something i start looking and happen to randomly find this site. I shop a lot online and i'm always last-minute so I end up dealing with live service reps all the time asking for rediculous things. (yeah, i'm apparently That girl...) I never really write reviews, but I've got to say that this was one of the best shopping experiences i've ever had. The luggage guys are amazing (and sound really cute on the phone)! The rep was so helpful and so nice helping me choose the right bag, color, set up express shipping, and then even reminded me of the discount code to get another 10% off. The bag got here perfectly on time and looks amazing. I would def deal with these people again. "

"We purchased a set of luggage but chose to return it shortly after receiving. After six emails and several phone calls over weeks, the company would not provide a return label or refund the cost. After a prolonged runaround with LuggageGuy representatives, we finally contacted the Better Business Bureau. With BBB's help, the company finally sent a return label but did not refund the amount until 14 days after the luggage was received. Even then, they did not refund the full amount. LuggageGuy advertises "Guaranteed Hassle-Free Returns" and "Guaranteed 100% Customer Satisfaction" on its website. Our experience proves otherwise. While LugguageGuy may provide cheap luggage, it does so with unscrupulous tactics and impudent customer service."

Response from luggage_guy: "This customer contacted Luggageguy, and we issued a call tag the same day. Customer called back and said they did not get the call tag. We went over with the customer the call tag email address and it turned out that he had provided us an old email address so he did not receive the call tag. We did receive a BB complaint, the customer failed to include the fact that his mistake caused the delay in the issuance of the call tag. By the time the complaint was received the luggage had been returned and the customer was credited the full amount. We did not charge the customer for either call tags, because we have a have a Free Return Policy. We take customer service very seriously and have always had very good customer service ratings. In this instance the customer writing the review failed to point out the key factor for the delay, which was their error in providing us an accurate and current email address."   Date: Feb 25, 2008
